As the Founder and Creative Director of Tinker Experience Co., Ahryel specializes in transforming ideas into immersive experiences that spark imagination, foster connection, and create lasting memories. Whether developing a convention, designing a themed attraction, producing community events, or building entirely new worlds, she approaches every project with equal parts creativity, strategy, and heart.
A lifelong lover of literature, theatre, fantasy, and pop culture, Ahryel brings a unique blend of storytelling and event design to everything she creates. Her background in education, writing, and the arts has shaped her belief that experiences have the power to inspire, unite communities, and make people feel like they belong.
When she's not planning the next adventure, she's likely writing, reading, teaching, or dreaming up another ambitious project that starts with the words, "Okay, hear me out..."

From marketing and social media to community building and vendor relationships, she loves bringing people together and creating experiences that make everyone feel welcome.
Known for her creativity, enthusiasm, and knack for connecting with people, Caty helps turn ideas into events that people are excited to attend. Whether she's sharing content, brainstorming new concepts, supporting fellow creators, or finding ways to make each event even more memorable, she's always looking for opportunities to build community and create meaningful connections.
Her passion is helping people discover new experiences, meet like-minded individuals, and feel like they truly belong. She believes the best events aren't just about what you do—they're about the people you meet and the memories you make along the way.
When she's not planning the next Tinker adventure, Caty is usually chasing after her toddler, belting out Broadway songs in the car, or covered in glitter from whatever craft project she's currently obsessed with.
